When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence directed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not add contact form submissions to any mailing list. We retain this data for 24 months from the date of receipt, after which it is deleted.
2.2 Website Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects data on pages visited, time spent, general geographic location (country or region), and the device and browser used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you as an individual.
Google Analytics uses cookies. We activate Google Analytics only after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on this site.
Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, based in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection. Data retention in Google Analytics is set to 14 months.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. We use this information to send you updates on H.OPES Foundation's programmes, publications, and events. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter, or by writing to info@h-opes.org. We will delete your data within 30 days of your unsubscribe request.
3. Data Processors
We work with the following third-party processors, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Google LLC: website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
- Complianz B.V.: cookie consent management and consent record storage
- Odoo S.A.: newsletter delivery and contact management
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party, except where required by law.
4. Your Rights
