Humanae Opes Foundation is an international organisation headquartered in Brussels, working in fragile and post-conflict states: the Balkans, the Middle East and the Horn of Africa. We support parliaments and public administrations in building durable institutional capacity, design cultural heritage protection programmes, provide blue economy advisory services, and implement European citizenship education projects.
H.OPES Foundation is registered in the EU Transparency Register (970865135568-58) and holds accreditation from the Italian Development Cooperation Agency (AICS).
